Globally aligned, pursuit focused, assigned to mid-market and volume deals to support private cloud qualification, incubation and Sales-2-Delivery Handover. The mandate of a dCAA is to advise customers (and account teams) on SAP’s private cloud service offerings, assess the technical feasibility of customer’s requirements, and transition those requirements to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services for system provisioning and delivery to the customer.
We are looking for a highly skilled SAP RISE Cloud Migration Project Lead to drive our SAP cloud migration initiatives, focusing on the seamless transition to the SAP RISE platform. This role demands a candidate with extensive SAP BASIS expertise (7+ years),
experience in customer-facing roles such as team lead or project manager, and a strong background in Enterprise Cloud Services for SAP. As the Project Lead, you will manage and guide cross-functional teams, engage directly with clients, and ensure successful execution of SAP RISE cloud migrations that align with business objectives.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and manage SAP RISE cloud migration projects ensuring smooth transitions of SAP environments to the cloud.
- Collaborate closely with customers, understanding their unique business needs, and acting as the primary point of contact for project progress and escalations.
- Oversee the Migration steps, providing leadership and guidance
- Coordinate with internal teams, customers to align on requirements, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the migration process.
- Lead change management efforts, ensuring that stakeholders are aligned with the migration strategy and users are trained on new cloud-based systems.
- Ensure compliance with SAP standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements throughout the migration process.
- Act as the bridge between SAP's cloud services and the customer, ensuring a smooth, successful, and valuable experience.
- Project Lead with ECS experience will play a vital role in onboarding, transitioning, and supporting customers on the ECS platform, ensuring they realize the full value of their RISE projects.
What You'll Bring Along
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience with SAP BASIS, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA, and SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles such as Team Lead, Project Manager, or Project Responsible, with a focus on enterprise cloud migration.
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise cloud services with SAP, including SAP RISE, SAP Cloud Platform, and migration to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of SAP’s cloud architecture, security frameworks, and cloud-native technologies.
- Demonstrated experience working with cloud integration in SAP environments.
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to lead migration projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client goals.
- SAP Certifications in SAP BASIS, SAP HANA, or SAP S/4HANA, preferred.
- Experience with SAP RISE migrations or similar cloud transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with cloud-based disaster recovery and backup solutions for SAP systems.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English. German would be nice to have.
