Responsibilities • You are responsible for expanding and developing our specialist dealer network • You acquire new retail partners • You implement sales campaigns and related reporting • You promote and strengthen our brand portfolio • Ensure brand-compliant product presentation and adherence to retail standards • Market observation and competitive analysis • Participation in trade fairs and events Requirements • Commercial or technical training/education • Enthusiasm for bicycles and cycling-related products • Ideally, you already have experience in field sales • Knowledge of the bicycle industry is an advantage • Professional appearance, strong communication skills and closing ability • High xrdztoy willingness to travel, including overnight stays, and flexibility • Team player, reliable and highly self-motivated • Proficiency in common office software and modern communication tools Benefits • JobRad (bike leasing program) • Company bike for only €100 once per year • Company pension scheme / capital-forming benefits • 30 days of annual vacation • Training and further education opportunities • Flexible working hours • Employee discounts on bicycles and parts (regional & nationwide) • Fitness studio subsidy • Collegial working atmosphere and informal "first-name" culture
