Key Responsibilities: Develop and expand the company's energy storage business across international markets, with a focus on achieving sustainable sales growth. Lead commercial activities throughout the sales and tendering process, including customer engagement, proposal development, contract negotiation, and pricing discussions. Coordinate internally with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, operations, finance, and supply chain, to prepare accurate quotations, support bid submissions, and ensure successful project execution.

Manage customer enquiries, sample requests, quotations, and order follow-up activities to support sales conversion and revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, serving as the primary point of contact for commercial matters. Organize and conduct customer visits, business reviews, and presentations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements within the energy storage sector to identify new business opportunities.



Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reporting, and customer records in accordance with company procedures.

Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, International Trade, Engineering, Energy Technology, or a related field. A technical background is advantageous. Previous experience in the energy storage, battery, renewable energy, electric vehicle (EV), automotive components, or related sectors is preferred.

Proven experience in B2 B sales, business development, account management, or commercial project management within an international environment. Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work collaboratively across multicultural and cross-functional teams.

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Willingness and ability to travel internationally on a regular basis.

Experience working with overseas customers and managing international business relationships is highly desirable.

Fluent

English language skills (written and spoken) are required.

Additional

European languages, particularly Italian, are considered an advantage. Applicants must have the legal right to work in Italy.
