Are you technically driven and motivated by finding the best solution for customers? We are looking for a Sales Engineer, to support our sales organization with technical expertise, product selection, solution concepts, and customer-specific applications.
In this role, you will be an important technical interface between customers, Sales, Product Management, R&D;, and Operations. You will support the complete pre-sales process, help define the best possible product and system solution, and contribute to continuous product and application improvements of our products.
Key Responsibilities Support Sales and Internal Sales in defining the best product selection and technical solution for customer applications. Act as technical contact for Customers, Sales Team, Internal Sales, Product Managers, and Product Specialists. Provide feedback to R&D; and Product Management to support continuous product development and upgrades.
Support troubleshooting of technical issues related to our products Evaluate customer requirements and analyze application and product performance to recommend technical solutions that enhance operational efficiency, system effectiveness,
and product performance. Collect, evaluate, and integrate customer feedback into improvement initiatives. Deliver technical product training for internal stakeholders, dealers, customers, and service partners.
Ensure compliance with global processes, engineering standards, and quality requirements.
About You
You have a strong technical understanding and enjoy working close to both customers and internal stakeholders. You are solution-oriented, structured, and able to translate customer needs into practical technical solutions. You communicate clearly and professionally with both technical and commercial audiences.
You enjoy collaborating across functions and countries, and you are comfortable acting as a bridge between Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Operations. You have collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining accountability for individual responsibilities. You have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role You are a Native Italian speaker and fluent in English A bachelor's degree in Engineering is required. xrdztoy Technical expertise in hydraulic and mechanical systems is a plus.
