This is a unique opportunity to be part of a scaling commercial team, supporting international expansion (with a focus on Italy) and helping shape a more AI-first approach to sales and pipeline generation. Design, test, and scale AI-powered prospecting workflows Turn insights into structured playbooks and best practices Execute targeted outbound strategies across enterprise and mid-market accounts in Italy Convert inbound leads into qualified opportunities Own the full SDR lifecycle: prospecting → qualification → demo booking Collaboration & Insights Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging Track activity and performance in CRM systems to inform strategy Provide data-driven insights to improve conversion and pipeline quality 1–2+ years in a sales / commercial / SDR role (ideally SaaS, EdTech, or HRTech)
