Customer Service

Build customer loyalty through tailored and personalised advice Sales Achieve and increase sales using key commercial indicators Master cash desk procedures and carry out all required transactions Receive, label, and display products Help maintain impeccable store cleanliness Organise the sales floor and display products according to company guidelines Store Operations Review sales figures, documents, and instructions while respecting confidentiality Check and manage stock levels and replenishment on the sales floor to constantly meet customer needs Ensure follow-up of customer service: returns,
