SALES ASSISTANT_Boutique Forte dei Marmi Salary (Full-Time Equivalent): Gross annual salary of €26,000 (Full-Time Equivalent), in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Pelli e Cuoio Industria).

For tempo parziale positions, the salary will be pro-rated according to the agreed working hours.

Reports to: Sales Manager Type of Contract: Fixed-term (with the possibility of becoming permanent) Main duties: To provide consistent and exceptional standard of customer service in the store.

The Role: To maximize sales for the store

• To develop enduring relationships with clients

• To provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request

• To approach customers and offer them advice and support on product to persuade them to buy

• To manage promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices





• To understand and be able to advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance

• To resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history

• To handle returns of merchandise

• To maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store at the highest standard

• To support the team on the general operations of the “Piquadro” store

• To arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria

• To operate cash registers and close daily revenues

• To maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates

• To go the “extra mile” to meet targets. xkiyazw The Candidate: Fluency in English (written & spoken) is strongly desired and Chinese appreciated

• Retail or service industry experience

• Great customer service and people skills

• Ability to communicate and inspire customers & store colleagues

• Good standard of numeracy and problem solving

• Ability to work towards goals

• Strong organizational skills

• Dynamic and creative.
