At Hyatt Centric Milan Centrale, we are looking for a talented Revenue Manager to lead our revenue strategy.

The Revenue

Manager is responsible for leading and executing the hotel's revenue management strategy to maximize revenue, profitability, and market share. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Front Office, and Finance teams, this role analyzes market trends, competitor performance, demand patterns, and distribution channels to develop pricing and inventory strategies that drive business results while maintaining brand standards and guest satisfaction.

The Revenue Manager plays a key role in forecasting, budgeting, business planning, and strategic decision-making to ensure the hotel achieves its revenue and profitability objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, ADR, occupancy, and RevPAR.
- Monitor market trends, demand patterns, and competitor performance to identify revenue opportunities and risks.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and prepare accurate forecasts and revenue projections.
- Lead regular revenue strategy meetings and provide performance analysis and recommendations to hotel leadership.
- Manage pricing strategies, inventory controls, and distribution channels to optimize commercial performance.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations,



and Operations teams to align commercial strategies and drive business growth.
- Produce revenue reports and analytical insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement and best practices in revenue management processes and systems.
- Support the preparation and execution of the commercial strategy, ensuring alignment between Revenue, Sales, and Marketing objectives.

Qualifications &

Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Management within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of pricing strategies, forecasting, budgeting, inventory management, and distribution channels.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.
- Proficiency in Revenue Management Systems (RMS), Property Management Systems (Opera preferred), and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Must possess the legal right to work in Italy at the time of application. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

RAL expected to range approximately between €34,000 and €38,000, to be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and level of seniority.
