Max-Mara-Fashion-Group seeks a Retail Excellence Specialist to execute customer experience projects for Marina Rinaldi direct stores, and to analyse, design, implement and monitor e-learning training tools for sales staff. You will operationally implement initiatives to improve offline consumer experience, in collaboration with the retail network and store leaders. You will train staff, prioritise interventions and provide feedback to improve in-store performance.
