In this role you drive the evolution of Bvlgari’s Retail Digital ecosystem, overseeing the implementation and adoption of digital solutions across the global retail network. You act as a bridge between central and local stakeholders to translate needs into scalable solutions and to execute strategic initiatives that elevate client experience and store operations. You will contribute to the maison’s retail transformation and shape omnichannel development with a hands‑on, results‑driven approach.
This is a globally visible role with a clear impact on the customer journey and operational excellence.
Retribuzione / Benefits
Lead end-to-end Retail Digital projects from requirements to deployment and optimization
Define and maintain the Retail Digital Operations roadmap aligned with priorities
Drive rollout and evolution of digital tools and omnichannel services across the global DOS network
Partner with Retail, IT, Finance, High End, and other functions to improve processes
Gather and consolidate feedback from markets and boutiques to support user‑centric design
Monitor project performance, user adoption and KPIs to drive continuous improvement
Support evolution of retail processes to enhance client experience and operations
Responsabilità
7-8 years of experience in Digital xlwpduy Transformation, Omnichannel or Digital Project Management
Master’s Degree in Management Engineering (preferred) or related disciplines
Proven experience managing cross‑functional, international projects with business and technology stakeholders
Strong understanding of retail operations and omnichannel processes
Excellent analytical skills (Excel, Power BI)
Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
