Restaurant Manager Marias is a contemporary restaurant in Resistente dei Marmi focused on seasonal Italian cuisine, warm hospitality, and an exceptional wine experience.

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of Marias. You will lead and inspire the front-of-house team, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and maintain the highest standards of service, hospitality, and operational excellence.

You will be responsible for coordinating restaurant operations, managing staff performance, optimizing service efficiency, and ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. Working closely with the Head Chef and leadership team, you will help achieve business objectives while fostering a positive and professional team culture.
