We are looking for a talented and passionate Reservations Agent to join our Commercial team and contribute to delivering exceptional luxury experiences from the very first guest interaction.

The Role

We want to make every guest's journey exceptional from the very first enquiry. As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for managing bookings with accuracy, efficiency and a highly personalized approach, ensuring a seamless reservation experience while maximizing guest satisfaction and revenue opportunities.

Working closely with the Sales, Revenue, Events and Front Office teams, you will play a key role in creating outstanding first impressions and ensuring every stay begins flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities

● Deliver professional, personalized and timely assistance throughout the reservation process.





● Manage individual reservations accurately using Opera PMS and hotel booking systems.

● Maximize booking conversion through tailored offers and personalized guest communication.

● Promote IHG One Rewards and encourage guest loyalty.

● Handle guest preferences, special requests and ancillary services with exceptional attention to detail.

● Coordinate reservation details with operational departments to ensure a seamless arrival experience.

● Anticipate guest needs and provide recommendations before arrival.

● Maintain the highest standards of accuracy, professionalism and brand compliance.

● Collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue and Events teams to optimize business opportunities.

● Report directly to the Groups & Reservations Manager.

About You

● Passionate about luxury hospitality and committed to delivering excellence.

● Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.

● Guest-focused with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.

● Confident using Opera PMS and Microsoft Office applications.

● Fluent in both Italian and English. Additional languages will be considered an advantage.

● Previous experience of at least two years in a Reservations role within an international luxury hotel brand is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

● RAL: €25,000 to €27,000 based on experience
