We are looking for a motivated Data Analytics Specialist to join our ICT Team and contribute to our Artificial Intelligence initiatives. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business and technology leaders to define theAI strategy for data analytics, focusing on decision support and predictive capabilities Evaluate and contribute to theselection and implementation of the AI-powered analytics platform, ensuring alignment with Tenova's strategic goals Explore and prototypeAI/ML modelsto extract insights from structured and unstructured data, supporting strategic planning and operational excellence Support the transition from legacy systems (e.G., SAP BW) by ensuring continuity of data access and quality, while driving innovation through new platforms Design and deliverinteractive dashboards and visualizations(Power BI or similar) to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across all analytics and AI initiatives What we ask for Solid experience withSAP Business Warehouse(data modeling, ETL, reporting)
