GoodWe is seeking a Service Engineer for Italy that can operate remotely. You will provide Level 2 technical support for solar PV and storage systems, train the L1 team, and support the Europe regional region to grow sales and maintain customer loyalty.

You will work with partners and internal teams to diagnose issues, deliver training, and ensure reliable operation across overseas markets. Travel is expected to support field installations and customer engagements.
