Next Job Abroad is seeking an Italian-speaking International Freelance Recruiter to join a remote, fast-growing team. You will source, interview and place candidates for multilingual roles across Europe, building your own candidate pipeline and earning commissions.

During onboarding you’ll receive paid training, then transition to an uncapped commission model based on results. Expect to work ~30–40 hours/week from anywhere in Europe.
