Indie Campers in Milan is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead operations across a cluster of depots. You’ll ensure high service standards, strong fleet performance, and consistent SOP execution while coaching Depot Leaders and driving operational excellence.

Requirements include 7–10 years in hands-on operational roles, 3–5 years in leadership across multiple locations, budgeting and cost-control experience, fluent English, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to drive campervans.
