In this role, you will shape the regional transportation strategy with a focus on Italy, overseeing contract negotiations and carrier performance to meet customer satisfaction and transport KPIs. You'll lead a regional function within Distribution and After Market Service, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive impactful logistics decision making. Your expertise will help optimize transportation solutions and strengthen Hilti's market position.

This is a senior, impact-driven role in a global, inclusive organization.

- Oversee regional transportation with significant scope in Italy (80%)
- Negotiate contracts with carriers and service providers
- Analyze carrier performance to ensure customer satisfaction and KPI attainment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Master's xrdztoy degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years in logistics/transportation or in a role involving negotiation
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and knowledge of the Italian transport market
