In this role you will lead development projects to integrate Pirelli systems into series vehicles, enhancing safety and driving experience. You will work with cross‑functional teams to deliver state‑of‑the‑art stability and control features. The position combines engineering depth with project leadership across external partners and OEMs. You’ll contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in a global, sustainability-minded company.
Retribuzione / Benefits
Lead comprehensive project plans for vehicle stability and control systems projects, defining scope and timelines
Manage internal and external stakeholders to align goals and address changes
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for on‑time delivery
Monitor budgets and resource use to meet financial targets
Ensure rigorous quality assurance to meet industry standards and customer expectations
Provide guidance on automotive engineering, vehicle dynamics, embedded software, and V-cycle processes
Foster innovation and continuous improvement within the team
Responsabilità
Master’s degree in electronic engineering or mechanical engineering
5–10 years of proven Project Manager experience in automotive projects focusing on automotive electronic systems
Strong technical knowledge of automotive technologies, software integration, multi‑party projects, A‑SPICE, functional safety, xlwpduy and cybersecurity methodologies
Proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation to completion
Experience interfacing with OEM customers and external partners
Excellent proficiency in English
