This role in summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Project Management Procurement Intern to join our Procurement organization.

Reporting to Procurement Manager – Head of PM Team, the intern will support the coordination, monitoring, and reporting of cost reduction initiatives (EPI – Existing Product Improvement) across the business. The role will be instrumental in ensuring visibility of project progress, savings delivery, risks, and opportunities, while contributing to the continuous improvement of Procurement reporting tools and processes.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment, collaborating closely with Procurement, Commodity Management, Project Management, R&D; and other cross-functional stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include

- Support the coordination and tracking of EPI and cost reduction projects across multiple product categories and business initiatives.
- Monitor project milestones, action plans, savings delivery, risks, and implementation status.
- Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from different stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Prepare regular dashboards, reports, and executive summaries for Procurement leadership and management reviews.
- Work closely with Commodity Managers and Project Managers to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Contribute to the refinement, standardization, and continuous improvement of Procurement reporting tools, KPIs and governance processes.
- Support the development of more effective reporting solutions,



enhancing visibility and decision-making capabilities across the organization.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives involving Procurement, R&D;, Finance, Quality, and Operations.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve data quality, and increase reporting efficiency and automation.

Minimum requirements The ideal candidate is a data-driven, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with numbers, transforming data into actionable insights, and supporting business decision-making. They are comfortable working with Excel and reporting systems, possess strong analytical and synthesis skills, and are eager to contribute to the success of strategic cost reduction initiatives while helping improve the Procurement team’s reporting capabilities.

- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics or a related field.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, structure, interpret, and synthesize complex data into meaningful business insights.
- Strong summarization and reporting capabilities, with the ability to transform large amounts of information into clear and concise management-level communications.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis,



pivot tables, dashboards, formulas and reporting tools.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and digital collaboration tools.
- Strong affinity for data management, KPI monitoring and performance reporting.
- Ability to work with reporting systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency of information.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to challenge and improve existing processes and reporting methodologies.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, Italian is a plus.
