- Academic background in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering.
- Valid electrician license (construction/maintenance type is preferred) with more than 2 years of experience in mechatronic equipment troubleshooting and repair.
- Proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics, skilled in operating test instruments, and familiar with PLC programming (e.G., Siemens S7-1200/1500).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, customer requirement - oriented mindset, ability to optimize workflows proactively.
- Flexible and efficient teamwork ability, strong time management skills, able to accept urgent tasks and strictly abide by safety regulations.
- English proficiency as a working language, readiness for international business travel, and familiar with cross-cultural communication skills.
