In this role you will lead end-to-end delivery of solar and battery projects from late development through construction and handover to operations. You will work closely with the Business Development unit, cross-functional teams, and external partners to meet safety, quality, time and cost targets. The position sits within a global renewable energy leader expanding solar and BESS capacity, offering impact through scalable projects and international collaboration.

A strong focus is on grid integration, EPC execution, and delivering projects that align with company goals and standards. This is a hands‑on role with stakeholder coordination and continuous improvement at its core.

End-to-end project execution from development handover to O&M; handover (on-site and in-office)

Coordinate project phases using PM best practices while ensuring safety, environment and quality standards

Coach and guide project team members to achieve objectives

Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring adherence to approved parameters





Provide construction reporting to internal and external stakeholders

Ensure compliance with permits and contracts throughout the project

Facilitate project handover from construction to operations

Address stakeholder issues and capture lessons learned

Responsabilità

5+ years of project management experience in Renewable Energy (engineering and construction)

Proven experience in project development, design review, CAPEX analysis, and construction-phase engineering management

Strong knowledge of PV and BESS technologies, grid integration, and EPC project execution

Experience managing utility‑scale renewable energy construction (>50 xkiyazw MW)

Experience working with co‑developers, EPC contractors, and international project teams

Budget understanding and design-to-cost focus (CAPEX and OPEX)

Proficiency in English and Italian

MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Willingness to travel domestically and be on-site as needed

Knowledge of Grid Connection processes

PMP certification is advantageous
