Professional Education & Development Specialist Job Function: Medical Affairs Group, Job Sub Function: Professional Medical Education, Job Category: Professional, Job Posting Locations: Pomezia, Roma, Italy

We are searching for the best talent for: Professional Education & Development, Specialist Italy. Purpose: The Professional Education & Development Specialist will support the Professional Team with internal and external trainings, Customers’ meetings and ECPs Coaching, Administrative activities.

Responsibilities

- Manage internal inductions for new resources and external coaching days for Eye Care practitioners
- Support the Professional department for ECPs virtual classrooms and presentations
- Support the creation of contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Cooperate with Commercial Compliance, HCC and Legal to ensure an appropriate framework for educational initiatives
- Facilitate the invoice payment process, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate payments
- Maintain organized records of invoices and related financial documentation

Requirements
- Bachelor Degree




- Optics/Optometrist
- Highly recommended minimum 2 years of experience in fitting contact lens
- Fluent Italian
- Intermediate English
- Driving license B
- Full time, 60% office/40% field

Pay Range €29,800.00 - €48,530.00
