Production Planner

The Production Planner will collaborate on medium and long-term production planning activities, ensuring alignment between production capacity and resource availability. He/She will work closely with Production and Procurement to promote efficient and sustainable planning processes.

Responsibilities:

- Contribute to medium and long-term production planning based on sales forecasts, production capacity, and resource availability
- Manage and analyze production capacity, supporting workload balancing and optimal use of resources
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring the right balance between product availability, service level, and stock rotation
- Contribute to the development of aggregate production plans and material requirements
- Monitor plan execution and analyze deviations related to volumes, capacity, lead times, and inventory levels




- Prepare reports and KPIs related to production planning, capacity utilization and inventory performance

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics or related field
- At least 4 years of experience in production planning, supply chain management
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
