As PR Manager, you will shape and protect the resort’s reputation during pre‑opening and ongoing operations. You’ll lead media and influencer engagement, craft compelling brand stories, and coordinate partnerships and events to position Mandarin Oriental Cristallo as a premier European luxury alpine destination. You will ensure consistent messaging across channels and support launches and long‑term visibility. This role offers impact at a landmark property within a renowned luxury group, with opportunities to drive high‑profile campaigns and partnerships.

- Develop and execute pre‑opening PR strategy in collaboration with Corporate Communications and the local Marketing & Communications Manager
- Build media awareness and anticipation through targeted outreach and storytelling
- Create and maintain press materials (kits, bios, assets, announcements)
- Foster relationships with Italian and international media, editors, journalists, influencers
- Coordinate media visits,
familiarization trips, interviews, and opening events
- Support official opening ceremony and high‑profile launch activations
- Collaborate with operations to reflect product and guest experiences in communications
- Identify strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility before opening
- Execute annual PR strategy aligned with commercial objectives and brand standards
- Manage media inquiries, press visits, shoots, and influencer collaborations
- Plan PR events, launches, campaigns, and brand activations
- Produce press releases, media alerts, speeches, newsletters, and editorial content
- Ensure consistency of messaging and visual identity across communications
- Monitor media coverage and prepare PR reports and analyses
- Coordinate with external PR agencies and Corporate Communications
