Epta Group in Casale Monferrato, Italy, seeks a Plant Quality Manager to lead the Quality function at a ~500-employee site producing plug-in refrigerated cabinets and retail solutions for global brands.

You will be the voice of the customer in the factory, drive QMS implementation, lead audits, manage KPI-driven improvements, and coordinate with suppliers, HQ, and customers to ensure excellence in quality and manufacturing.
