Job Purpose The new team member will join the pharmacology laboratory within the preclinical research group. As part of this team, she/he will conduct pharmacological experiments, primarily using animal models and cell lines. The role is focused on investigating the mechanisms of action of the company's drugs, contributing to a deeper understanding of their therapeutic potential. She/he will report directly to the Head of Pharmacology Laboratory and work alongside a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities Design, execute, and analyse pharmacological experiments Actively participate in scientific discussions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support preclinical research projects. Maintain accurate records and documentation of experimental procedures and results.
Support the development and implementation of new methodologies and technologies in the laboratory.
Required Education Degree in Pharmacology, Biology, Biotechnology, or a related scientific discipline (PhD preferred).
Required Skills and Experience At least 3 years of experience in laboratory research. Expertise in mice handling, drug administration, organ collection and dissection, as well as surgical procedures. Mandatory certification to work with animals according to DL 26/2014 (at least mice;
experience with rats isa plus).
Experience with standard procedures in cell culture and Analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Good written and verbal communication skills. Adaptability, curiosity, and a proactive approach to scientific challenges.
Gross Annual Salary starting from: 37.000€ Please note: The salary indicated in this posting complies with local pay transparency regulations for Italian employment contracts.
