Experteer Italy is seeking a hands-on Test Manager to lead testing for Digital & Transaction Processing in Merchant Acquisition and Payment projects. You will guide a distributed QA team, influence senior stakeholders, and shape test strategy across programs within a complex payments ecosystem.

You will mentor testers, support multiple Scrum teams, and own QA phases from planning to closure, ensuring adherence to QA practices and budget management in a global fintech environment.
