We’re Hiring an Operations Team Lead At Atlantic Gate, we are a medium-sized, globally active freight forwarding company with a strong focus on sea freight. Our Genoa office is home to a small, ambitious, and fast-growing team with a clear goal: to become a leading player in the industry. To support our exciting growth journey, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations Team Lead to join our team.
In this role, you will take ownership of our sea freight operations, lead a small team while actively contributing to daily business. Lead and manage daily operations of the Sea Freight department Ensure full compliance with internal procedures (OPS) and external regulations Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field Minimum 3+ year experience in freight forwarding (sea freight required) Hands-on mindset with the ability to lead by example Flexibility to support operations when needed Additional certifications (FIATA, customs, Lean/Six Sigma) are a plus Work in a supportive, collaborative, and international environment
