Network Technician (Freelance | Onsite IT Support) We are seeking experienced Network Technicians to deliver onsite IT and network support services for a leading international retail client across various customer locations. This is a freelance, on-demand opportunity , with assignments scheduled based on your geographic location and availability. Deliver onsite IT and network support at customer sites.

Install, configure, and replace routers, switches, wireless access points, and other networking equipment. Perform hardware upgrades, break/fix activities, and equipment replacements. Complete service documentation and update support tickets following each onsite visit.

Work closely with remote technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution. Minimum 2 years of experience in onsite IT support, field services, or network support. Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Wi-Fi,



and VPN technologies.

Hands‐on experience with networking equipment from Cisco, HP, Aruba, Fortinet , or similar vendors. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer locations. Good command of English (mandatory) .

CCNA , CompTIA Network+ , or an equivalent networking certification. Previous experience supporting retail stores or multi‐site retail environments. Flexible freelance engagement with on‐demand assignments.
