We are looking for the following profile for a Marketing Project Manager – Events & Client Activation (Tempo pieno).
- Location: Milan (Italy)
- Working Model: Hybrid. The client requires on-site presence, ideally 2/3days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).
- Project Duration: September 2026 – December 2026, with a potential extension of 6 additional months based on project needs and performance.
- Assessment: 1 Interview with partner + 1 Interview with the Client
- Daily Rate: 200-220€, to be evaluated based on seniority level and competencies

The client is looking for a professional with approximately 4–5 years of experience, capable of managing complex initiatives, coordinating large-scale events, and effectively engaging with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
The selected candidate will support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on event management and client activation activities, ensuring seamless delivery, effective stakeholder coordination, and high-quality execution across multiple workstreams.
Key activities include
- Managing end-to-end delivery of marketing projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines,
and quality standards
- Planning, coordinating, and executing large-scale events, including management of agencies, vendors, logistics, and internal stakeholders
- Supporting client activation initiatives aimed at increasing customer engagement, participation, and business impact
- Coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring effective collaboration among internal and external stakeholders
- Managing project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and budgets
- Preparing status reports, governance materials, and executive updates for senior stakeholders
- Managing multiple parallel initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Acting as a key liaison between client teams, agencies, suppliers, and other project stakeholders
Required skills & experience:
- 4–5 xrdztoy years of experience in Project Management roles
- Proven experience managing marketing-related projects, including coordination of large-scale events
- Experience in client activation, customer engagement, loyalty, or related marketing initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and planning capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and execution-oriented mindset
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Fluency in Italian and English
Nice to have:
- Experience within the payments industry
- Knowledge of the payments ecosystem, including key market dynamics, players, and customer engagement models
