Experteer Overview As Manager, Customer Success, you lead and grow a high-impact CS program in a fast-evolving phase. You recruit, coach and develop a team of ICs to drive customer retention, expansion and product adoption while collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Support and Product. You will shape CS processes, define metrics, and scale programs that empower customers and the team.
This role combines leadership with hands‐on execution in a hybrid Italy-based environment (Milan or Rome). You'll help build the MongoDB CS brand and partner with multiple teams to deliver measurable impact.
