As Logistics
Coordinator, you will play an important part in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, transport is coordinated effectively, and outbound activity is completed to a high standard. You will work closely with planning, despatch, finance, commercial teams, customer contacts and partner hauliers to support service delivery and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Will Include Managing end-to-end non-EDI customer order processing with accuracy and pace
Completing daily group performance metrics and supporting visibility of key operational measures
Coordinating and booking internal and external transport requirements
Maintaining accurate order and de-hire records for hired equipment, including CHEP and IFCO
Collating outbound documentation, both paper and digital, and liaising with finance to support accurate and timely invoicing
Completing outbound trace audits as required
Acting as the primary point of contact for partner hauliers
Supporting customers and the commercial team with general customer enquiries
Supporting despatch colleagues with order picking on occasion, where required
Completing occasional weekend order processing, with notice provided About You This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy operational environment, enjoys problem-solving and takes pride in delivering accurate, right-first-time work. To be successful, you will need to bring: Essential Strong IT skills, with particular confidence using Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail and a track record of delivering accurate work consistently.
Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Experience in logistics coordination, supply chain administration, order processing, transport coordination, customer service or a similar fast-paced operational role Desirable Previous logistics or supply chain experience within food manufacturing, FMCG or another time-critical environment Why join us?
