Lead Consultant at Autodesk Consulting (Southern Europe) drives digital transformation for large AECO customers across France, Italy, Spain and Portugal. You blend business strategy with hands‑on solution configuration and implementation, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes. You will engage executives, design value-driven approaches, and mature adoption through governance and change management.

This role offers influence across sales, delivery, and customer success while acting as an industry thought leader.

Continuously learn new technologies, workflows and AI-enabled capabilities

Responsabilità

7+ years in AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or Operations)

Deep expertise in at least one AECO sub-industry

Proven experience leading customer engagements from strategy through implementation

Hands‑on experience with Autodesk technologies relevant to your domain

Ability to translate complex xlwpduy business challenges into practical, scalable solutions

Experience leading cross‑functional teams via influence, not formal authority

Excellent workshop, communication and executive presentation skills

Strong change management and technology adoption understanding

Fluent English and at least one Southern European language (French, Italian, Spanish)
