As a Junior Consultant in the Governance, Risk and Compliance team in Rome, you will support business model transformation, risk assessment, and governance improvements for industrial clients. You’ll work with cross-functional colleagues to translate business needs into data-based solutions, design internal controls, and communicate findings to stakeholders. This role offers exposure to national and international clients, with a focus on compliance, internal control, and risk management.

- Internal control and risk assessment in the industrial sector
- Conformity engagements under Legislative Decree no. 231, SOX, 262 and anti-corruption
- Integrated compliance
- Internal auditing
- Evaluation and design of internal control systems
- Study of industrial sector legislation and its application to processes
- Development of governance and organizational models to support transformation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-based solutions
- Create reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Master’s degree in Economics and Management, Business Administration and Administration, Finance and Control, Management Engineering, Statistics, Informatics, or related fields
- Interest in governance and risk topics
- Excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study/work abroad experience
