Nobel Recruitment is seeking a founding commercial leader to own the Italian market for a European energy intelligence company. You will drive growth with 30% inbound and 70% outbound activity, shaping the market from the ground up.

You will learn the product portfolio, build relationships with senior stakeholders, and work with a small Italy team to hit a €250k-€300k ARR target by year two, with typical deal sizes between €10k and €50k.
