Job Summary

Schindler is looking for an experienced Senior iOS Developer with strong expertise in modern iOS application development using Swift. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience building enterprise grade mobile applications with a focus on quality, usability, security, and maintainability. The role involves contributing to the next generation of the MySchindler application while working closely with cross functional Agile teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise iOS applications using Swift.

- Build scalable, secure, and high performance mobile applications.

- Implement pixel perfect UI based on Figma or Sketch designs.

- Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs, SAP, and enterprise backends.

- Develop applications with Bluetooth Low Energy, NFC, and Beacon capabilities.

- Implement CI CD pipelines for automated build and deployment.

- Perform code reviews and maintain high coding standards.

- Optimize applications for performance, battery usage, and reliability.

- Ensure compliance with secure software development lifecycle practices.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

- Prepare technical documentation and collaborate using Jira and Confluence.

Mandatory SkillsExperience

- Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.

- Alternatively, 10+ years of software development experience.

- Minimum 3 years of hands on experience in iOS development using Swift.

- Experience working on at least one mobile application with over 25,000 installations.

- Experience integrating mobile applications with SAP or similar enterprise backend systems.
