As a Customer Success Assistant – Graduate Internship (Tirocinio extracurriculare), you'll support both Account Management and Business Development teams, working with data while gaining direct exposure to clients and commercial activities.
Internship:
Customer Success Assitant Support Account Management and Sales teams in their daily activities Analyze performance data and prepare reports Generate insights to support business and commercial decisions Work extensively with Excel and data sets Support client‐related activities and interact with partners Contribute to cross‐functional and operational projects What defines you Strong interest in business, commercial dynamics and client interaction Motivation to work in a fast‐paced and client‐facing environment Analytical mindset and confidence working with data Good knowledge of Excel Structured and detail‐oriented approach Curiosity and willingness to learn Scientific or quantitative background is a plus Fluent Italian (C2) and good English (B2–C1) What you can expect You won't just work with data — you'll see how it shapes business decisions and client relationships. Important
This role is offered as a Graduate Internship (Tirocinio extracurriculare) and must be activated through a university or accredited training institution (ente promotore). Candidates must be eligible to sign this type of agreement in Italy.
