IBDP English Language & Literature Teacher EduTalent Group are seeking an experienced and passionate IBDP English Language & Literature Teacher to join a leading international school in the Lombardy Region from January 2026. The role involves teaching English Language and Literature within the IB Diploma Programme, contributing to a dynamic and supportive department.

Key Responsibilities

Teach engaging and well‐structured IBDP English Language & Literature lessons Inspire students to think critically and communicate effectively Design and deliver inquiry‐based learning experiences aligned with IB principles Assess student progress,

Salary guideline: Gross Pay + TFR = ~€40,000 total – (negotiable based on experience) School lunches provided €250 annual welfare premio Private health insurance plus access to the Italian health system Two‐month accommodation support for relocating candidates Requirements:
