We are looking for a passionate and curious HR Intern ready to actively contribute to building an engaging, inspiring, and people-centered workplace.

What You Will Really Do You won’t just support — you will be part of the HR team.

Employee Engagement

- Contribute to designing and delivering employee engagement & well being initiatives
- Support internal events, communication, and team-building activities
- Help give a voice to our people, gathering feedback and enhancing workplace experience

Recruitment &

• Employer Branding

- Be involved in the full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviews)
- Collaborate with international schools and universities
- Support the development of our employer brand and talent attraction strategy

Onboarding &

• Training

- Help create an outstanding onboarding experience for new joiners
- Support the organization of training programs and development initiatives
- Gain insight into how we grow and develop talent

HR Operations &

• Projects

- Support HR daily activities across all functions




- Participate in real HR projects (process improvement, digital tools, initiatives)
- Work closely with department heads and leadership team
- Creating packaging for employees
- Supporting the accommodation organization

Learning &

• Development

- Direct mentorship and coaching from the HR
- Exposure to all HR functions
- Participation in real HR projects with measurable impact
- Active involvement in employee engagement and culture initiatives
- Opportunity to work closely with Department Heads and leadership team, EXCOM level
- Hands‑on experience in a luxury hospitality environment
- Participation in internal events and team-building activities
- Development of practical HR skills in a real business context
- Strong learning curve and ownership from day one
