Contessa is found within The Phoenicia Malta, which is located a minute away from Valletta’s City Gate. Elegant and atmospheric, the restaurant’s chic colonial décor carries a hint of Singapore’s Raffles, particularly evident in the old iconic wooden ceiling fans and ornamental décorative chandeliers.
