As a leading partner for solutions for sheet metal and material processing, we combine laser cutting technology, press brakes, automation, and software with innovative laser applications for new materials and processes.### What you will be doing* Coordinate and support monthly payroll processes.

Support employees and managers in day-to-day HR-related topics.

Handle HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle, including contracts, certificates, master data maintenance,



and reference letters.

Support recruiting activities from job posting to onboarding.### Your education & experience Degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar.

At least one year of hands-on professional experience in HR and payroll.

Good English.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Required on-site presence at the office in Cazzago San Martino.### What’s in it for you* 12-month fixed-term contract as part of a maternity cover.
