Your role as HR Generalist Intern
As a member of HR Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and collaborating with colleagues across all divisions to enhance our teams, strengthen our culture, and facilitate our growth. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to the full employee lifecycle in a entrepreneurial environment.
Activities will include
Supporting throughout the onboarding process for new hires, from pre-boarding preparation to the first weeks on the job, ensuring a smooth integration experience
Assisting with day-to-day HR administration, including contracts and documentation
Supporting internal HR projects aimed at improving employee experience and operational excellence
Contributing to the design and distribution of employee surveys, analyzing results to surface actionable insights on engagement and satisfaction
Providing support during performance review cycles, helping track deadlines and consolidate feedback
Creating reports to track key HR metrics (e.g. headcount, turnover), helping the team monitor progress and growth
Leveraging AI and automation to boost HR processes and build smarter, scalable ways of working across People Operations
What we are looking for Passion for People and especially for HR processes
University degree - master in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or similar will be considered a plus
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Proactive and innovative mindset, confident to work in an extensively growing environment where a high degree of flexibility is required
Driven, active listener, humble and hard-working both independently and in team
Can join from September 2026 for a 6-month internship
