Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking an HR Administrator to manage end-to-end onboarding and serve as the main contact for HR administrative matters. You will maintain employee records, ensure compliance with Italian labor regulations, and support attendance tracking and HR reporting in a dynamic environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years of HR Admin experience, and fluent English (C1). Proficiency in Excel and Workday is preferred.
