Ensures that office organization operations run smoothly Is the first point of contact on site for guests General assistance activities, including arranging for food and beverages for guests Taking and forwarding general questions and requests (by phone and in person) At least 2–3 years of work experience in the front office area Completed hospitality vocational training Professional appearance and outstanding manners Excellent written and spoken German and English; additional languages are desirable Good Microsoft Office skills and Protel skills A can‐do attitude, hands‐on mentality, and strong solution orientation All inclusive onboarding at the beginning of your employment for a good start Active shaping of a dynamic work environment A secure, long‐term position within the Falkensteiner Family with internal promotion potential Team Member Rates and Family &
