Emerson is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to partner with customers, supporting Emerson Test & Measurement (NI) products throughout the lifecycle. You will combine technical expertise with problem-solving and clear communication to resolve challenges and accelerate customer success.
Responsibilities include handling installation, configuration, and maintenance issues, owning customer interactions end-to-end, and sharing feedback with R&D; and Sales. Travel up to 10% is expected.
