STMicroelectronics in Catania, Italy, is seeking a key contributor to the SiC technology ramp‑up for the mass production of 8” SiC devices. The role is based in the new fab in Catania, Europe’s first for high‑volume SiC devices, integrating all steps in the production flow.
You will install and qualify equipment, monitor performance, troubleshoot failures, and collaborate with suppliers to improve process robustness, quality, cost and cycle time.
