TextYess brings that back, powering WhatsApp AI agents for ecommerce brands. We're a fast-growing Milan-based startup, and the GTM engine we're building now is what will let us scale across markets.

The role

You'll own the systems behind our go-to-market motion: the automations, data, and tooling that let our sales spend their time selling instead of manually stitching tools together. You'll work hand in hand with our Sales Team Leaders and Head of Marketing.

What you will work on

Design and maintain workflows across our GTM stack (Clay, Attio, Enginy, Aircall)

Automate lead routing and assignment based on priority criteria

Build and maintain enriched prospect lists at scale

Develop scoring models to qualify leads against our ICP

-> Data & CRM hygiene

Keep Attio data clean and reliable (deduplication, validation)

Document and maintain an up-to-date CRM structure

-> Reporting & analytics

Build self-service dashboards for BDRs and AEs on funnel and performance

Test new tools, sequences, and channels (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp)





Explore AI use cases across the GTM process

2-3 years of experience in GTM ops, RevOps, or a technical/automation-heavy role

Hands-on with automation and CRM tools (Clay, Attio, Zapier, Make, or similar)

Comfortable with data: enrichment, scoring models, dashboards

Curious about AI and eager to apply it to sales processes

Proactive and detail-oriented, comfortable working cross-functionally with sales

Fluent in Italian and English

What we offer

Salary: the base annual salary (RAL) ranges from €35K to €45K

You're welcome to come to our Milan office whenever you want. We're based in a WeWork space, with free water and coffee included.
