Holidoit is building the software and distribution infrastructure for tour and experience operators. We run both a B2C marketplace and Holidoit Business , our fast-growing B2B software that helps operators sell online and manage bookings and operations in one place. We have raised €1.5M, we are profitable and have already served tens of thousands of customers.

Business has generated millions of euros in sales since launching last year. We’re now looking for a Growth Associate - B2B Sales to help scale it further. As a founding member of the sales team, you will own the full commercial cycle , from prospecting and qualification to closing and growing accounts.

You will help customers get the most out of the product and work closely with our tech team to turn their feedback into product improvements. Manage sales conversations with prospective and existing customers. Close new business and grow revenue from existing accounts.





Help customers improve their performance through better product adoption and stronger listings. Work with the tech team to turn customer feedback into product improvements. 1-3 years of sales or commercial experience ; B2B SaaS experience is a strong plus. ~ Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. ~ A high level of ownership and the ability to work autonomously. ~ A structured and analytical approach to managing customers and commercial opportunities. ~ Strong organizational skills to coordinate customer onboarding and software integrations. ~ Fluency in Italian and advanced proficiency in English.

Compensation and Benefits Permanent or fixed-term contract.

OTE: €30,000-€60,000 , including base salary, premio and equity, based on experience and performance. Hybrid setup with one remote day per week.
