Specialista Senior / Project Manager

As Global Process Engineer, you will standardize and deploy global manufacturing standards to improve equipment reliability, availability, and performance. You will analyze data, lead cross-functional initiatives, and drive cost reductions through standardization. You’ll shepherd new technologies, asset transfers, and process introductions, coaching factory engineers and aligning with lean/SQDC goals.

This role shapes global manufacturing standards and enables a culture of continuous improvement and inclusion.

- Develop tooling, fixture, and lift fixture standards and deploy them globally across Aero Alliance factories
- Define and deploy global manufacturing and equipment standards in collaboration with local factory leaders
- Plan and manage facility integration, testing, maintenance, spare parts strategy,



and training for manufacturing assets
- Validate new processes’ engineering specs and shop-floor applicability with cross‑functional stakeholders
- Lead reliability improvement programs using FMEA and RCA; drive preventive/predictive maintenance and downtime reduction
- Coach and develop local factory manufacturing engineers; design for reliability in new equipment projects
- Lead initiatives in Kaizen and continuous improvement; manage multiple projects with minimal resources
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 7+ years industrial/manufacturing or quality experience (US)
- 5+ years in a technical manufacturing engineering role (US) with tooling/fixtures and lifting devices expertise
- Strong knowledge of engineering concepts and quality processes
- Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, drawings, and schematics
