About The Company On behalf of a fast-growing international beauty company, we are seeking a Global E-Commerce Manager to join a dynamic, innovation-driven organization.

The company operates globally with a portfolio of established brands and a strong focus on omnichannel growth, digital commerce excellence, and online commercial performance.

The Role

You will drive the commercial growth of the company's international e-commerce business by managing strategic online retail partners across Europe and other international markets. The role combines Key Account Management, business expansion, commercial analysis and digital commerce strategy, supporting both existing customers and the development of new e-commerce opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Management

- Own the commercial relationship with key international e-commerce retailers, including Brick & Click and Pure Player accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard new strategic online retail partners.
- Lead commercial negotiations to expand brand distribution across international e-commerce accounts.
- Build long-term relationships with key customers while supporting local sales teams.

Business Growth

- Develop action plans to accelerate sell-out performance across international online retailers.
- Monitor assortment, pricing, promotional execution and online visibility to maximize commercial performance.
- Analyze channel performance and identify growth opportunities across existing and new markets.

ECommerce Execellence

- Define best practices and guidelines for e-commerce execution across international markets.
- Support digital shelf excellence, pricing consistency and online brand visibility.
- Collaborate on retail media initiatives to improve traffic, conversion and ROI.

Cross Functional

- Work closely with Sales,



Marketing and distributors to ensure consistent execution of commercial and e-commerce strategies.
- Coordinate product launches across international online retailers.
- Support distributors with e-commerce playbooks, commercial recommendations and best practices.

About You
- 6+ years of experience in E-commerce Key Account Management or Digital Commercial roles within Beauty.
- Proven experience managing international online retail partners such as Brick & Click retailers and Pure Players.
- Experience working across multiple European markets (Pan-European scope preferred).
- Strong commercial mindset with demonstrated success in business development and account expansion.
- Experience driving sell-out growth through assortment optimization, pricing, promotions and digital shelf initiatives.
- Comfortable working with performance data and translating insights into commercial action plans.
- Hands-on attitude with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and external distributors.
- Fluent English required.

Ideal Candiate The ideal candidate has built their career managing international e-commerce retail accounts within the Beauty industry. They have experience negotiating with Pure Players and Brick & Click retailers, developing business across multiple European markets and identifying commercial growth opportunities. They are proactive, entrepreneurial and comfortable combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Experience managing Pure Players (e.g. Notino) and Brick & Click retailers (e.g. Douglas, Sephora, Boots).
- Ability to identify and onboard new e-commerce customers.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Commercial ownership of online accounts.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Hands-on approach.
- Experience managing Pan-European customers preferred.
